From your photo, it isn't the LED that is loose, just the lens to focus the light. Should be able to just glue it back in position, but best to use a high-temp (~120°) glue. Looks like your issue is with the control board, and these won't be available separately. Might be able to find an electronics refurb service, but the issue may be in the PCB itself. For reference, the LEDs look like a Lumileds Luxeon Rebel: https://lumileds.com/products/high-power-leds/luxeon-rebel/ Might need to order a few versions to find out what colour temperature they are, or replace them all.

Sure, I can do that in a while, not at my computer at the moment. It will have to be in Step format, as the part is designed in Catia. Coincidentally, I tried to get another key cut this weekend. Unfortunately the key blank I got years ago doesn't seem to be available at Timpsons anymore. I have seen a forum post that says what the key blank is, but might have been on LotusTalk rather than here.

My 2005 2zz Exige N/A has now passed 165k miles. It has started using oil, about 1 litre per 360 miles (tankful). From minor internet research, it may be from the lower piston ring(s) sticking. There is one drain hole in the bottom piston ring groove, so when rebuilding, it is normal to drill a second hole opposite to it I have also lost the self-centring between 3-4th of the gear lever. Think this requires gearbox dis-assembly, so have lived with it for 20k miles, and not a big issue. This is my only car, and have never been concerned with its reliability. One failed suspension ball joint @ about 140k is the only time I have been stranded on the side of the road.

2010 Elise lights won't fit a 2005 Elise. 2005 have an outer lens and bezel that covers a recess in the bodywork. Later Elise have the outer lens and bezel bonded to a lamp housing, which drop into a hole in the bodywork. Very different and incompatible. However, as you have a 2005 Elise, I have spare LHD light clusters from when I had my Elise in the Netherlands.
