Lotus Exige DB

Hi All,

Thinking of doing Bedford GT circuit in my standard Exige 350 Sport.

 

Beford has noise limits of 101 static and 87.5 drive by. Will this be OK for a standard Lotus 350 Sport V6?

Does anyone know what the DB is for the Exige 350 Sport ? Both static and drive by?

Static will be 95-100dB, drive by I had to shortshift in Goodwood (96dB limit IIRC) due to consistently triggering the mics

I did bedford in my 350 a few years ago, was fine for most of the day, got a warning when I hit the Rev limiter which seemed to trip one of the drive by meters.

My NA Evora was close to the static limit and on drive by had to short shift a little bit. So I’d imagine a 350v6 is louder and would be very close if not over the limits.

It will be over the limit on drive by (unless the traps are in a very odd places, which they usually are not), I have no idea how did it work well for @Solstice
