Seloc Summer Event - Castle Combe

This was news to me - email from SELOC just landed in my inbox about half an hour ago...

Seems a bit short notice!

Here's the gist (apologies if posted elsewhere):

What: The eagerly anticipated SELOC Summer Event

When: Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of July, 2007

Where: Castle Combe circuit, near Bristol.

How: Discounted tickets from the SELOC Shop, or www.seloc.org (no login required).

Possibly the biggest get-together of fellow Lotus enthusiasts this Summer is almost upon us. You shouldn't miss it.

As well as a full programme of racing, including the 6th round of the exciting LoTRDC Elise Trophy, we've organised a fun-packed weekend. Full details here

Tickets are available below for Sunday or for the whole weekend.

Discounted weekend tickets for admission to the racing, exclusive access to the SELOC events, discounted catering and camping are available in the SELOC Shop here

Children under 15 are admitted free and a children's food menu can be bought on the day(s). ALL children will receive a free cap and T-Shirt kindly donated by LoTRDC. ALL tickets bought through SELOC will give you:

Exclusive parking within the SELOC area with a security patrol Saturday night.

Exclusive access to the "SELOC camp"

Exclusive access to the SELOC activities and events.

Exclusive access to the SELOC catering

Just posted as a public service piece - apart from registering on their forum yonks ago I've had no 'hands on' experience with SELOC...

Is there something I should know?

BigSi - bad weekend for me as it's Fairford and I'm afraid the smell of hot kerosene in the morning is a bigger draw than any car event!

They're harmless enough. Just a bit too 'cliquey' for some. I'm on the forum (just to put the young whippersnappers straight about things!) but don't often go to events.
