Centre exhaust rear valance fitment questions

Hello

I finally got a centre exhaust valance for the v8 

It is dead straight side ways and just seems a bit odd ....? I can't easily see how to fit it.... there are also two Lower side holes - I just can't see how that is going to screw into anything? 

Could anyone kindly take some pictures of where theirs sit in relation to the rear bumper lip and side recesses and how they are mounted? I am a bit stumped as the bumper is curved side to side and the valance is not

There are some additional brackets used to mount the cheese grater panel, part numbers A082U7986F and A082U7546F (the latter is just a simple angle bracket with two holes).
