Freescan 26 Quad Driver Error, is it lying or not?

Hi I am using Free scan, and it is reporting the following error. Before I start trying to work out what the root cause it, I need to know if it is indeed a 26 B error, and if so if that list correct, or should I be looking at 26 A Components for the cause of the  error?

So basically which one of these 2 lists should I be looking at, as apparently Freescan misreports A/B:-

26A:

Radiator Fan Relay

Wastegate solenoid

Canister Purge Solenoid

Check Engine Lights

26B:

ROM relay (?)

A/C Control Relay

Engine Overheat Relay

Throttle Jack Solenoid Relay

Secondary Injectors

Easy one to check is does the CEL come on with the ignition & go out when the engine starts? 😀

AFAIK the error 26 codes in Freescan are correct but the descriptions are wrong.

Just check them all.

Remove each relay and test the continuity through the two coil terminals.

Wiggle the terminals about while testing to expose dry joints.

Check the secondary injector circuit. Usual suspect is the ballast resistor.

All relays and the ballast resistor are usually easy to repair.
