Car cover?

I was thinking about buying a good  quality outdoor car cover for when my car isn't garaged over the summer months, has anyone had any bad experiences? Paint damage ect?

The official lotus ones would be the best bet.

I ordered this one customised with lotus and Evora logos, I didn't use it so far but will report back.

I always advise people for outdoor covers to buy a black one and make sure it gets even a little sunlight each day. It's not a garage so some damp will occur but the sunlight will dry it out nicely, even my black cover can be found steaming away on a winters morning.

The cover went on this morning. It does feel soft to touch and did a water pressure test on a small patch and it kept the inside dry. I will report back it's effectiveness in a few weeks time.

To be fair these car covers look great that you've got on here mine was a rather cheaper version and it seems to sweat the car but yeah they look great
