more questions than answers

I have a few issues, any help would be greatly appreciated as usual. If anyone will be in Puerto Vallarta Mexico between Sept. 22-29, The tequila is on me!!!!

Dash lights, I read my manual and there should be (2) rheostats to adjust the light intensity 1 for the instrument cluster and 1 for the ac/heat panel. Where are the rheostats for adjustment?, if adjusting them does not work, what might be the most likely route to a fix.

Back-up lights not working, any ideas?

the ac/heat switches, are they GM, i believe they need to be replaced. as they just rotate all the way around.

my 90SE has just one dimmer; its a knob on the left side of the steering column surround

prob the reverse switch. think its on the transaxle under the boot floor

the ac rotary knobs suck. I dont think they are GM. I just worked on mine recently; could be the key

that keeps the knob from rotating on the shaft is not correctly engaging. could be that the keyway in knob

is worn out. do a search in this section for heater controls. one of the guys did a nice write up and pics

on installing the shifter bushing kit which includes some details on the heater controls.

You can just see one (heater/AC panel) in the top right corner of this photo. The one that controls the instrument panel is in the top left corner.
