Recommendations for track day and multi car and agreed value insurance?

Can anyone recommend an insurer that will cover track days, provide an agreed value (rare S2 Exige and an Evora) and cover multiple cars in the household? 

Ideally one that they've had to deal with a claim with too and know them to be good and actually pay up should the worst happen.
