I am guessing this must belong or be known by some in here.

i see lots of pnm parts on it. 

 

 

Can amyone tell me about it or Eclats as an ownership proposition? And what is the range of price on good Eclats - this must surely be top end?

Lovely car!  It's an early Excel actually though, even though it's badged Eclat.  Don't know the car personally.
