S2 to S4 chasis change?

Does anyone know if a 1994 S4 chasis will fit under my 1978 S2 body?

Talk to John Zender, of California roughly in the Bay area, business name Fusion ... something. He's put an SE chassis under his S2, no easy task as he reports.

I have not.  The one I was looking at is in UK. Shipping is too costly.

My advice was to be in touch with JZ in regard to what's entailled in adapting a later chassis  under an S2, something about which he has written extensively enough to inform anyone interested in going that route.
