Help! Eletre can not Complete check out issue

I have received the complete check out email, everytime i click the check out link and log into the lotus portal, 

i chose business and cash purchase, all I can do is click the "SAVE" 

however next when i log in it is the same nothing seems to be saved and I keep receiving reminders from lotus to complete the check out

Anyone else had the same issue???  i don't need finance and home charge

I tried to call them all this morning no one answer .. it has already pass the deadline

Suggest checking you've got their cookies enabled and if no luck maybe try using a different browser?

It's a known fault with the order form, on the business side.

You will need to call them and then can handle it. You may find it quicker called the finance side on 0333 305 0465
