Eletre Insurance and security Tracker

We recently took delivery or our Eletre but we are struggling to get tracker information from dealership or from Lotus UK. Insurance will only do it if cat 5 tracker installed. Does anyone have any details of level of security lotus connect is rated to. Thanks.

The tracking solution that comes with Connect Prestige is not Thatcham S5 certified. You can ask the dealer or Lotus aftersales if they can fit the Emira system which I hear some Eletre owners have done

Lotus approved tracker is Scorpion and i was told that pre wiring is already installed. Mine was fitted last week and i had four calls from Scorpion saying they had an alert when the vehicle was still in Lotus Exeter!! Have they sort this out!
