Lotus Hatfield - any experience of service?

My Exige needs to go in for some warranty work to replace a headlight and fix a broken switch. Anyone any dealings with Lotus Hatfield for service? 

I refuse to step foot in JCT600 in Bradford ever again, and Oakmere weren't much better so this is the next closest for me, unless I drive 80 miles to Lotus Silverstone.

As they have only just opened it's possible that cars pre Emira will. be almost unknown to them. They did have a Lotus service facility near White City in the past (closed probably a couple of years ago) so if they have moved some staff then they may know something.

Sounds like you live some distance from Hatfield though.

Thanks for that, I did think it was a new dealer, I'm near Cambridge, so I think it will have to be a round trip to Silverstone.

Think they appeared on the Lotus web site in early Jan, one of the members on here went round to see and took a few pics of Electra's parked about. Posted in the future of lotus thread.

Happy to recommend Silverstone obviously. We have taken our Evora 400 tbere since 2018 and the techs are excellent.

If you didn't want to go that far, you could also consider Allon White in Cranfield, Beds. They have been around for a long time and seem to have a good reputation. Last time I checked, they were still on the Lotus website as an official service centre.
