Hi Ian,

Took watch back to jewellers to check out the battery. They tested it and it's fine. As a good will gesture they offered to fit a new battery and clean the contacts, which I accepted. They showed me the previous battery on a meter verses new.

I'll see if it packs in now. If it does, it's definately the watch.

Just while we are on the subject, I was in Nick Whale in Bromsgrove the other week picking up a set of ball joints and noticed they had a Lotus Cronograph in their cabinet for sale. Is this the last one?

It's probably the non-working one that the NMEG prize winner Owen had to give back and then obtain a replacement...............

Presumably all in working order now.
