I was going opposite direction and saw what i can only remember to be a Lotus Esprit Turbo SE, although i may have been mistaken as there were dodgy 'aftermarket' gold wheels on it and i haven't seen an SE for 6 months.

It was quite loud...around 113 Db

Anyone here?

Looks like you saw the elusive phantom Espriiit of olde England Towne. I had a similar experience last weekend with it's smaller Corsa cousin! :shock:
