Actually *repair* your rad or replace it?

For a repair - do you need it re-cored or something or is there a hole?

Do you have the Lotus Service manuals?

I need to repair my radiator, has anyone done this and if so do have any tips or a procedure I could follow.

I understand that the original rads are no longer available. Mine has a small hole in it and I have tried the radweld stuff with no success. So I am going to have this one recored.

I do have a manual but it does not seem to make it very clear.
