oil leak

I ve foud oil leak from side of oil sump.

is possible remove oil sump without engine removing out of car? is there some seal or just only use seal paste? cant find seal in partbook or its necessary change taht inside - baffle sump ?

yes you can remove the oil sump without removing the engine.

The sump gasket is Permabond A136 (Lotus# A912E6421V)

You can use Loctite 518 or Permatex anaerobic gasket.

Replace the turbo return gasket as well.

Hi,

Not sure what you mean, if you mean the engine sump pan, yes it is possible to do with removing the engine, You need to keep things very clean while your messing around under there though, I would advise steam cleaning the underside of the car though before going for it!

Hd mine of to check the bottom end for fragments of metal and to check the rod had not bent due to a failed cam follower,

As for the sealant its the same anerobic sealant that is used on the cam towers, think it was loctite that i used (the orange stuff)
