OK Mike - Have had a new map ref from Robin closer to Leatherhead turn!  Have also just seen that the appointed hour has moved fwd to 08:00.  Will be there.......just hope 'there' is the same 'there', where you will be!

Lots of different meeting points seem proposed and all seems a bit hit or miss, so can someone give the ACTUAL final address of the meeting point before we all gather to enter the venue, rather than just a pub name (a road name will do) etc so i can sort out a route tonight, seeing as i appear to live the furthest away and a 5.00am alarm call beckons

Its a bit late but just in case this is my plan for tomorrow morning.

Sandbach Service - M6 J17 - 7:25 leaving at about 7:30 - NW Meetup

Holiday Inn Hotel - J15 M6 - 7:45ish - Carl to pickup Graham (Backmarker)

Hilton Park Services - 8:15 am - NW meet up with NMEG

Gaydon Inn just off Junction 12 M40 - 9:30am - Meet remaing LEF Esprit's.

Did anyone stay for the final whistle as it were (the parade around the 'ring')

Thought the idea of leaving Lotus until the end (and puting a few other NON supercar making manufacturer before us) was a bit of a pish take if you ask me.

Lots to look at, although I was a bit puzzled why a few cars had turned up - still glad to see only a few (out of reach) car's I'd replace the Esprit with.

Good turn out - nice to meet everyone again

A good day, and great to meet people and put some more faces to the names on the forum.

It was good to see the different cars, and as Jon mentioned nice to loo round and think, "You know what, I would still rather have mine!" Having said that, if anyone feels the urge to buy me a Diablo SV, then PM me!

So all in all, it was fun... except for cleaning off the exhast gunk that one of the 300zx's chucked all over the front of my car! [edit] Oh yeah, and forgetting to pick up my freshly charged camera battery before leaving the house [/edit]

Lovely car Mike, we got a good all round view on the M25 when you passed us. After seing some of the other 'supercar' twaddle of the same year the G-Esprit knocks spots off them all. The ferrari I saw there for sale was 1/2 as good looking and twice as expensive.

Next meet can we all have a group photo and publish it with some photoshopped names on ? Met 2-3 new faces but I garauntee I'll forget by the next event - who was that long haried chap anyways heheh
