March for Honour

Read about this in the local paper. Various "teams" made up from Marines, Paras, or whichever forces branch, are marching from various cities/towns miles away to meet up in London for Remembrence day - one mile for every life lost since 2001 Iraq. Our area has the Marines team. They set off from Plymouth and came past our house today on the Honiton to Yeovil leg. That's a long walk with a full backpack - good effort.

They seemed to appreciate the support from Fran and friend Irene!!

111 miles in 2 days, from Gravesend to Dover and back with 20kg on their backs....mental.
