water / oil cooler heat exchanger type

Has anybody fitted one of these http://www.thinkauto.com/laminova.htm oil to water coolers within the engine bay of an esprit? It would allow getting rid of the cooler at the front and the pipe work to it. It look like a good idea if it could be made to fit as quicker oil warm up from start etc and would get rid of the agro we all have with undoing the fittings etc.

I personally would like to not have a third cooling system on my esprit..I think the engine and chargecooler systems are enough! But if its quicker warm up time etc, surely an oil thermostat would be an easier solution? No extra plumping or re-routing of hoses and wires. Thats what Im considering for my engine out month in march.
