I can make this. But after last month rushing home from work and driving up the M11 in the pouring rain to find no one there can we have a confirmation on the day this meet is going ahead, don't really want another wasted trip.

Why is this event not linked to the calendar and the date not specified in the thread? Fail to plan, plan to fail - you can't expect people to turn up if they don't have the info.

Bibs, it is in the calendar, the usual suspects know when the meet is, this is a small group and we do all know when and where it is.

There are very few members local to us so we do not expect vast numbers to attend. With the weather a bit unkind I do not expect all to attend, besides we all have other lives as well.

This is a regional group, the event should be open to all and not just a small group. It's not a lot of work to list the date, Martyn wasted a lot of time and effort as posted above due to a lack of info last time.
