PNM plenum extension
you should only do one mod at a time, thats what i was alway told, however if you get a big difference overall then you can claim success.

Tires for Esprit - will they fit
I have lowered my car by some 40mm, I have 235 on the front and 285 on the rear, they are Goodyear F1's, they seem good but not sure of the profile, anyway my point is that I had rubbing and I ground a groove in the front arch to accommodate the tyre, it worked well.

PNM plenum extension

Its not a mis fire - but.....
Ok so I have now completed a few miles and I am unsure as to how long it takes for the ECM to re establish itself, whilst happy with the car as previously stated it does have a curious hesitation, occasionally it will die when dropping down into second at a junction, ie turning right, when accelerating slowly from first to second gear there is a slight hesitation, like someone turned it off, but just for a millisecond, no popping or misfire just a hesitation. What should I be checking as I do not remember the car doing this in the past.

Following core plug issue - engine fails to start
Just taken it for a shakedown, forgotten how quick it is, compared with the Fiat 500, it run beautifully, surprised how quite the gear box is with fresh oil, engine sounds stunning, fresh oil filter plugs air filter , wow. Cannot stop smiling. No issues with temperature, runs at between 80 and 90 on the gauge, just above 90 the fans kick in, no water from the rads. Well Happy

Alunox turbo back exhaust install or rather not!
Its all the work that is involved, these parts should fit perfectly for the money.
-
Cast manifold off - Alunox on
I bought one of the first exhaust manifold and mine fits well, no offset, I did however have an issue with the adjustable support bar which they changed, so mine is some 10 years old now, a little tarnished but is all still there and working well, been very happy with the purchase.

Header Tank replacement
So I changed my header tanks on my 1990 SE, and I was wondering if anyone had the same issues as me in their design, so I noted a couple of points which I will share with the supplier (not named) to see if anything can be done to help others avoid the same problems. The screw caps on the twin tanks are too close, cannot easily fit the caps why cannot the main tank cap be moved, about 30 degrees to avoid the two caps clashing. the overflow pipes need to be lower. towards the can so that when you fit the caps the cap does not interfere with the pipe clip They are simple changes and it would make life so much easier. anyone else had similar issues and I will discuss with the suppliers to try to introduce a change.
