The Hotel is rapidly filling up and rooms are finite. However!!! There are many people either staying in the room themselves on there own or just staying one night.

Please post here if you have booked a room and are willing to share! This will both save you both

Can sort out Slade. I will ask the Hotel to keep back any rooms not out till at least Sept. 1st. Also lifts have been offered by several members, myself included......try and book to fly in to Stanstead Airport as it's the only one close to the venue (Apart From Norwich, but you need a bike with wings to land there!

We're not sure how many days we're visiting. Maybe from friday to tuesday (or from saturday to monday or tuesday) 3-5days Ryanair might be the airline we're going to use...

I am looking for a transportation to Stansted on Tuesday morning, as my Ferrari mate sadly has to leave Monday evening and I will miss the thrill of a Magnum style ride to the airport. Is the Dragula available??

Yep I can confirm the Hotel has called and asked me to interpret a phone call in what sounded like Canadian Brummy........I struggled but can confirm that Wayne has booked a shower cubicle in the pool area for 2 nights.... I think thats what he said.

not bad though ensuite bar and easy access to the your local poker table , pool table etc , etc ,etc........only problem might be the noisey neighbours and parking might be a bit tight

I know we had many offers from members to give lifts to our foreign friends from/to airports. We really need these offers on this link as I am getting many PM's with requests for lifts to/from Stanstead specifically. Sat & Sun especially but also Mond/Tuesday to drop off again.

Any takers please? I can sort out one trip but only fit 4 people in at a push.

Also those people requiring Lifts Must post flight times so we can attempt to organise or advise on bus's.
