does anyone know the production figure of the Giugiaro Lotus Esprit NA HC built 1986 - 1987

Hello All been off line for a long time to help with this i attended a lotus talk some years ago and one of the lotus employees who was head of the engine development told me that the S3 NA HC were sold in small numbers unfortunately i cannot find the exact number from the old e mail he sent me but i believe it was under 20 units. I remember telling a mate who has an S2/2.2 who has always said that it was the lowest volume Esprit and his retort was the S3 HC NA was never listed in lotus sales so it didn't count which is crap if lotus factory built and sold it then it must count. andy b
