How do I get the engine oil hose out?

I need to replace one of the long oil hoses that run to the oil cooler.  Both ends are free and all the clips are off, but I can't pull it through.  All  the other pipes want to come with it.  Any tips?

I think they are cable tied together in the chassis and you may have other pipes / cables looped inbetween them stopping them from coming out.  Pop the gear lever trim, gaiter  and the lever out and have a rummage about in there.
