V8 Carpet Sets

Does anyone know if you can buy ready made carpet sets for a V8 or will I have to get a set custom made?. I have tried several companies including Coverdale without success (earlier versions only available). Thanks.

I have just had a reply from Allon White - Having read the email, fallen off my chair laughing, got back on it, fallen off it again still laughing wondering what planet they are on  (my esprit has only 2 seats it's not a limo) they have stated they don't have ready made but can make a set for £1200.00 plus VAT  - a bit of a difference from Coverdale who's best quality set for earlier esprit models is under £340.00 all in.

 

Does anyone know of anyone else who may be able to help?

Buy the carpet from woollies and the binding and make your own. At that price you could buy a sewing machine as well to do it with and still be quids in.  Or find a local trimmer and use yours as a template.

For the moment I will probably look to try and revive the old carpet to see if it can last a little longer but I will also talk to a local trimmer who I may get to re-cover my seats (the driver side is very tired). Will try and get down to them in the next few weeks.

 

I am not sure how I would fair making my own - I doubt there would be a straight stitch anywhere.
