S2 Front Clamshell Availbilty

Hello All,

 

Unfortunately some bugger reversed into my Elise on Monday and I need a new clamshell.

 

Having spoken to Back on Track they said these are on back order and can take upto 6 months!

 

Bell and Colvil seemed a little more optimistic stating over a month.

 

Anyone know what the issue is with getting them? Or anywhere to get one sooner? Typical this happens on the day I decide to sell the car, and now I've got a massive delay! Grrr.

Super slow reply from me there. Afraid I am yes. Love the car to bits, but I can't keep it, it deserves better than being left outside overnight and doing a commute everyday, it's also been the most unlucky car I've ever owned, and despite loving it, I'm finding myself wanting a fast normal car. Once it's all fixed and all the minor bits are repaired it will be for sale
