Ha - really, it would be a nice touch on the car!

Although I think my obsession with getting it so "kimified" may be getting a bit borderline now, so far:

1. Had helmet painted in Kimi's design from 2013 season, matching the one worn at Australia 2013 race

2. Got the number 7 (his 2013 race number) decals done matching the Frankfurt launch car

3. Actually went on his website to see if there was a contact page where I could see if I send the plaque he'd sign it (no joy)

so sad... I really have better things to be doing (cleaning the car for one)!

Kimi signed an Exige for a Finnish owner when he was at Lotus so he shouldn't object in principle, I imagine the tough bit would be getting him and the car together, especially now he's at Ferrari. I wouldn't imagine he would be arsed.

I'm sure you could get a decal of his signature made up though...

Hi Guys,

Now that I have collected a very nice M100 on Monday, which has taken a lot of effort lately as searched high and low for a good one, I have switched my thoughts back to my LF1 which should be available in a couple of weeks, so last night I started looking at Larini exhausts again and noticed that they did a version with Valve control, has anyone gone for one of these? I was wondering with the valve activated would it get past track noise limits?

Am I right that on the V6's you control of the valve on the stock exhaust and this would be the same with the Larini?

I think the valve opens at 4.5k regardless (although I have heard but not tested that in race it remains closed), static tests for me so far have been at 5.5k so it's been open. For reference I am consistently being recorded at 98db.

Jim at 2Bular is an elusive guy, but in my opinom the very best in the Lotus exhaust arena.  My money would never go anywhere else, he's wizzard.......
