Factory and Dealer installed Options - 1987

Does anyone know what factory or factory approved dealer installed options were available for the 1987 Esprit?

Found some extra wiring on my car that look factory installed and curious what it was originally for.

I think this may have been the case in 1987 but usually a manufacturer will fit a full loom and just not add the components from all the options. It may also be that the extra wiring is for equipment that isn't considered an option but may be for emissions equipment or other parts required in other territories. It's easier and cheaper to have one loom for all cars than a series of options for each car.

I'm almost 100% positive this wasn't an owner installed addition though.
