Fuel pump wiring diagram

Hello

Does anyone know where I can obtain a wiring diagram for the fuel pump circuit

for a 1992 Esprit se turbo.The pump does not work,is it possible to test it by putting 12v straight on it or will this damage it ?

Yes.  

When they get a bit aged I have know them to get intermittent failure.  This can be

confusing as it gives symptoms of relay faults.

First step on any fuel pump failure, is to first check the inertia switch has not been activated..
