Ok guys and gals,

Here is a list of attendees.

As you know we are meeting at Hilton Park services on the M6 at 9.30am with a view to moving off at about 10.00.

If the Northeren contingent want to meet again at Sandbach first then over to you guys to liase on timings.

From Hilton Park we'll go to Frankley services on the M5. Because no one at Frankley can hear their mobile phones, we'll pull into the services rather than doing a "fly-past".

We need to be at Nick Whales place by 10.30 so we won't have time for a chat at Frankley unless we get there earlier than planned.

I've guessed at where people will be meeting. If I'm wrong then please correct or post on this thread.

See you all soon,

Graham.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. Iam off to Hull to visit Alan Croft as he has a new Esprit project which needs work on. He's only just got it and as I only get the odd weekend day to myself, I can't let Alan down. I was planning to go down Saturday but I couldn't get two day passes from the missus so I have to go on Sunday instead, sorry.

Have a good time, hope to see you all at the factory tour!

That's a pity Dave but thanks for letting us know.

Tell us more about Alans project following your return.

Cheers,

Graham.

Yes. Super. I'll be approaching from the south, but I think I'll go to Frankley anyway: at least I'll get a mini-hoon with you guys.

Surprisingly, my wife has just expressed interest in coming along. Is there a space available?

Thanks,

Ben

Quote - Because no one at Frankley can hear their mobile phones, we'll pull into the services rather than doing a "fly-past".

I could always set it on vibrate and put it in my pocket but the last time I did that I thought a wasp had flown in there and I tried to beat it to death. Now it only rings quietly.

I will monitor it very carefully if you would rather do a fly past.

I spoke to the garage today and everything is ready. Food and drink is ordered. Nibbles and non alcoholic drinks (as we are driving!).

We will be parking at the garage - they reckon they can get 20 in although they have a pass for the hotel opposite if we can't get them all in.

They have arranged for a technician or two to be there to answer any questions so if you have any problems I guess this is your chance to have a chat with technicians about it.

In answer to the question about spaces - yes no problem the more the merrier.

Thanks Dave (oneshot) for confirming they are ready for us.

Thanks Dodgy for updating the list of Attendees and make it look very pretty.

Howard, I too noted Kato's post. I'll try and add him to the list.

Ben, as Dave Oneshot says, the more the merrier so bring her-in-doors along please.

Cheers,

Graham.

Guys and Gals,

After we've eaten and watered at the Nick Whales Emporium (and perhaps feasted our eyes over what his showroom and workshop has to offer) we'll be making our way over to the Lamb at Edgmond for a bun fight.

I would like either Adrian Heath (gasmangt3) or Dave Barney to escort us from Bromsgrove through or round Kidderminster so that we can pick up the A442 to Bridgnorth. From there its the A458 to Much Wenlock before turning right onto the A4169 towards Telford. We then skirt Telford by taking the A5223 which then puts us back on the A442 (signposted Whitchurch).

This then brings us into the village of Crudgington where a right turn onto the B5062 takes straight to the Lamb.

If anyone would prefer a longer/shorter hoon (this one is about 50 miles from the showroom) or a different route then please post.

Cheers,

Graham.

Morning guys,

Well it's still raining here in Kiddy. It took me nearly 2 hrs and 3 diversions to get home from West Brom yesterday and it's only 17 miles. My boss left at the same time as me, 3.30 to go to Bristol and has just got home!!! The M5 was closed at Bromgrove and has not long reopened. I hope it improves before tomorrow.

we will totally understand if you decide not to come Si, Graham will just put your name in his book.... I am in it twice for missing two supercar sundays in a row, first time I had a pathetic excuse, I was in the Maldives 2nd time my car was off the road at Chris Neils...

lets hope that the country drains a bit, so you can come

Gents,

time is now 2.45 pm and yes it's still raining here in Kidderminster. M5 is closed at J4a and the A38 to Bromsgrove is also closed, and if I'm right thats the road Nick Whale is on. So I think a phone call to Nick Whale might be called for Graham.
