  1. I've heard a few O2 sensors being replaced on these cars, so my guess will be this.
  2. That's interesting. Everywhere I see, people say the touring suspension is the one to go for? I am looking at an Emira now which has sports suspension and it's putting me off (due to what I've read only). I haven't rest driven this or any other Emira yet as this one is 150 miles away and there's nothing local to me. So why do you want the sports suspension and how stiffer is it? It could be that I take a chance and buy this car and if the ride is too firm for me, then perhaps we could do a swap?
  3. Does anyone know what's this is worth? I've just sold my Esprit and never used this tool before but lent it out many times to owners on this forum.
  4. It's been reduced in the last 24 hours. Seller probably hasn't changed thr £63995 bit. I can't afford £69K so I am looking at the lower end of the price range lol!
  5. First sub £60K Emira in UK 2022 Green Lotus Emira 3.5 V6 First Edition Coupe 2dr Petrol Manual Euro 6 (404 ps) for sale for £59,895 in WITNEY, OXFORDSHIRE (autotrader.co.uk) It's already been mentioned in above comments and has a few extra toys! Not my colour otherwise I would have bought it! Hoping to get one before next spring.
  6. OK Thanks for the info. I'll try asking a different question. Does anyone know of a scanner that will pick up error codes for this car, like a Snap-On, Launch, Foxwell, Autell or similar? Please only post if you know of one that works on these cars.
  7. Has anyone found a good diagnositc tool that will scan the car's componets rather than only read codes when ECL is on? If so, can you please share a link to where you bought it from? I know that these cars are new and most owners will go back to their dealers but I thinking of long term ownership and also the convenience fo being able to diagnose stuff rather than the 1.5 hour trip to my Lotus main dealer. Any help would be appreciated.
  8. Not sure which section to post this on but I am wondering if there is a workshop manual and part list for this car yet? If so, how much is the part manual please?
  9. No issues with them, they must be extremely busy. I was in their place yesterday picking up some parts.
  10. According to the advert, the seller says they are OZ alloys. Ther're certainly not Novas that's for sure. It could be that seller has made a guess and doesn't actually know? Used LOTUS ESPRIT ESPRIT V8 GT 1999 for sale - PistonHeads UK
  11. Apparently the alarm only has 4 wires going to it and it's pretty easy to bypass. I think Jon Rotherham at PNM may know how to do this but not 100% sure. So is your car cranking or is it completely dead? What happens when you put the touch key near the receiver on the centre console, any clicks or noises? If it's the alarm and you have to bypass it, what will you do for the future, remove the old alarm? If so, can I have the old siren off you please? BTW, I like your wheels! I have Saturns on mine but I am looking into aftermarket wheels. Also check out this post Cobra 6422, bypass - Interior/Exterior/Lights/Glass/Alarms/ICE/HVAC - TLF - Totally Lotus (thelotusforums.com)
  12. What's your symptoms? WOn't start? Do you have a working touch fob?
  13. Just an update. The reason why corrospondance went quiet was because Aaron was out of action yesterday. He's answered all my questions etc but I've decided to not go any further because of the above list of works others have quoted. I wish Aaron good luck and hope he sells his car soon.
