Depends on CPS - I even have video evidence of it. Today I get home to a letter from the PC dealing with the stalking from 02/03/24. Letter dated 09/04/24. No evidence to support she is stalking me online or otherwise. This clearly is before the issues of 15/04/24. Apparently I have the “victims right to review” - which I will do this evening along with a formal complaint in regards to this matter. The system is a joke and west Mercia police are an absolute disgrace. 😂😂😂 - it’s just the window that’s the issue opening and shutting.

A complaint was raised months ago. I have laid it into them regarding the issues but have to await the outcome of the complaint before pushing it again. My local MP has been pretty decent tbf. Presently I have pushed back to the OIC for the stalking case - as there are clear issues still ongoing. She’s on bail for that along with a separate set of bail for the theft investigation oh and criminal damage. Apparently a huge amount of stuff has been submitted to the cps - but I have no idea what that comprises off.

Frankly @Kimbers I have no idea where the threshold lies anymore. I asked yesterday if I needed to be led dying with a knife in my chest before the police would do anything. West Mercia police are an absolute shambles - I have had every single officer who I’ve spoken to since December last year telling me that the police are failing my family. Still no change - an utter shower. It’s a disgrace and frankly disgusting. But still the government and pcc hopefuls will spout the violence and abuse against women and girls as a key issue. Forgetting just how they fail victims that include “women and girls” as family members of males who they also fail

So the police spoke to me this morning. Just a normal officer and I’ve stressed the fact I would like to speak to a specialist domestic abuse officer. Anyway - same old pishe. The officer looked at the system - can see lots of incidents along with at least 17 DA related incidens that have been crimed. Off the nice Mr Policeman is going to visit the Ex and provide her with words of advice…… I am sick and tired of this bullshit tbh. This simply cannot be allowed to continue. If it is - well how fucking long for is the question?

It’s unbelievable what folks do to be flashy. Playing devils advocate it is about time this sort of bull was stopped and stopped hard and fast. There is no way that you should be able to walk in and drive out in less than an hour saddled with that level of debt burden. Im a true capitalist but I would welcome controls with regards to things like this. I’ve seen and heard the sales patters of many car salesman with regards to PCP and the like. Frankly I find it pressured and inappropriate. the woman in the article is however a thick cow.

Oh ffs. This really does need to stop and stop now. I’ve been chatting and getting to know someone for a couple of weeks. She followed me on one of the social media channels. Last night she asked me my ex wife’s name - there’s zero chance she knows her and we have never spoken about her before. I thought it strange and she felt awkward asking - but I’ll answer anything and be fully open and honest. well - would you believe it but my ex wife has sent her a bloody friend request on Facebook…… Seriously WTAF…… again police report added.

Lo and behold today the council have been in touch regarding my illegal caravan site….. you can only imagine where that report came from. Now they have raised issues with the barn being rented as a holiday let alongside it being used as a commercial car sales site. Now - I do wonder where they could possibly have got all that from. They had a curt and blunt response and I’ve reported the matter to the police. This is blatant malicious reporting by someone who’s on police bail to leave me the fuck alone.

She’s probably pissed @Kimbers - that tractor and mower I payed £5400 for a while ago - bought it back for £800 as it didn’t run and only had to pay half of that 😂 this whole sorry chapter needs bringing to a close. The courts were payed the fee last week to haul it back in front of the judge. I’m not holding out much hope tbh - I’ve been kept prisoner by her for 26 months now and it needs to conclude. in other news Danny and I now have two big hen shed contracts to complete before Xmas - life is indeed epic

Today was mow the grass day. Just needed a mower. I used to have two nice mowers before - which had to be sold as part of the divorce. Her solicitors were a fucking nightmare over these - since they looked at the values placed on them and were desperate to get their hands on the cash. off to auction they went. Both as non runners since they hadn’t been used in a while. I bought them both back from the auction for a fraction of the listed price back in November- happy days. Popped down to my mates farm and collected tractor topper one. Got her running within 5 minutes but the flail was seized. Some oil - a big hammer and a pair of Stilsons and that freed it all up. Grass now cut 🥳🥳🥳 - it was somewhat annoying to be 2 minutes into mowing and low and behold I am being watched and photographed mowing….. ffs. still grass looks good - happy days

Ahh 1990 SE First thing I’d look is if there’s any codes on Freescan. Is the fuel pump running? The crank position sensor would be my next look.

I’ve no idea @C8RKH frankly what they discussed with her I’m not in one bit interested in. All I am bothered about is my kids being able to carry on with normal life without intrusive actions of someone whom clearly needs help. The officer did disclose some interesting stuff that’s giving me some small amounts of hope.

Police have been out and restored power at the farmhouse after entering on welfare grounds.

Aaand today 1645 - off went the internet to the barn. Along with another 15 odd neighbours. Engineers attended. Power to their cabinet has been turned off despite both her cars being there no answer could be got from knocking the doors. ive rung the police.

The courts are worse than the police - and they have been awful. im sure it’ll sort itself out - I’ll just leave the lot of them to it and crack on. We have another hen shed to wire starting in about 10 days time.

Getting anything sorted via the family court is a joke frankly. She has rights obviously and it seems more than the kids and I. This really is the problem dealing with offenders and drink and drugs. I put in court paperwork about 6 weeks ago and have heard nothing. The system is broken. I’ll just leave it to rumble on.

Yes Kimbers the police believe it is. She is actually on two separate bail things for two separate offences. The terms on both are the same. The fact she is essentially attempting to cut off our internet and further control is what I really don’t like. She knows I have a great working relationship with this company and knows I have a few friends within the business. So she absolutely is aware of the implications of her phonecall. The subtlety of her deviousness knows no bounds.

Drove past the farm on the way home tonight. She’s been blocking the drive with her two vehicles. Tonight the Mini Cooper was there - missing half its front bumper so she’s twatted another car by the looks. still no reply from our marvellous police farce…..

It’s hugely frustrating @C8RKH. I’d buried my frustrations and simply decided to ignore it all some time ago. The continuing nature of attempting to control my family is pissing me right off. If that site goes then we have zero internet connection at the barn. It is without question some sort of attempt at manipulation and control. I’ve told them very clearly the equipment stays where it is. It’s my property as well as hers. We are the highest point for miles and pretty much the only location this equipment can be. Annoyed doesn’t describe.

Her bail ran out on 07/04/24. Despite assurances I would be told about any changes I’ve had absolutely nothing. A phonecall to 101 on Monday afternoon to report an “issue” and they confirm the issue is indeed a breach of bail and that bail has been extended until 06/05/24. She has contacted a supplier and customer of mine - we have a rural broadband micro site at the farm which supplies all the neighbours including my barn. She has demanded they remove this equipment from the house. This caused a phonecall to come to me. Yet more bullshit and frustration. She even told the company she was arrested again last week because of me 😳

Ignition switch arrived Yesterday and what I thought would be plain sailing was not. the barrel simply didn’t line up no matter what I did. So the key way was removed and a fixing tapped out to allow fixing into the back of the mechanism. The switch itself, or maybe the car, was helpfully wired wrong so that needed some wires swapping round. Dash all bolted back in after the speaker swap - what a vile job that was. Now as much as the clutch works with the wheels off the ground - when she’s on the deck it simply doesn’t. So new master and slave cylinder ordered as frankly I really should have replaced them right at the start of this process.
