  1. Mine is actually a functioning seat heater - one button for both seats. Just realised you've asked about Cup 380. Mine is Sport 350. Apologies.
  2. Only few days ago after some deliberations I've paid for the harness bar and harness fitment bolts to @Seriouslylotus and 4-point Schroth harnesses to sportseats4u.co.uk. Also decided ti get the HANS devices and new helmets before using this car with the harnesses. So far Demon Tweeks seems to be the best option for this.
  3. Sport 350 service notes state: System voltage/polarity 12V negative earth Alternator 100A (From start of production in 2012) 150A (Production running change 2016/2017) Battery (Lead acid service replacement) - type Varta L3B (T6) 572409068 - rating 72 Ah Battery (Lithium service replacement) - type Approved product - SB12V25P-SC - voltage (V) 13.2V - weight 4.2kg
  4. This is exactly what I've concluded recently - will only install 4pt together with buying HANS and compatible helmets.
  5. The way ECU operates at idle is different to WOT. Under low load (incl. idle) AFR is managed in closed loop - constantly getting feedback from NBO2 sensor (only tells if AFR is leaner or richer than 14.7) and adjusting the fuel to get to 14.7. Over time it learns specific "trims" to require less ongoing correction. Under high load it switches to open loop - getting the reading from MAF and matching the fuel supply according to the map, hence if the calibration is altered it will affect the AFR.
  6. Airboxes change the speed and direction of the airflow, which affects MAF massively. MAFs are calibrated to (relatively) correctly (or, alternatively, as expected) measure g/s in specific circumstances only.
  7. 2bular decat exhaust is what they introduce at the beginning of the video
  8. Just realised that the scaling limit is actually 9.6 - my bad. Still, 9.8 is very rich.
  9. All booked as well, look forward to it! And also to the drive up through Wales.
  10. And it was potentially more rich than that as normally 9.8 is the limit of the readings for WBO2. Just reasonably (i.e. smoothly and taking into account timing and) leaning it to high 10 or low 11 would be enough for a very noticeable gains without much risk.
  11. I think using the word "correctly" is a bit of a broad statement (correctly for what?). Perhaps being a sizeable company they calibrate the engines safely (and then what is safe and what is very safe?). Without knowing the numbers this is a conversation about semi-religious beliefs, which is not going to take us anywhere.
  12. In short, I do think that 10-15% gain is achievable from AFR/ignition timing changes only. That naturally depends on the starting point with both of these. Without ever having seen the tables and logs for Exige, I still feel convinced that it does run very rich in stock form. Given both of us are operating at not very scientific level for this particular engine, I think we won't get to the bottom of it here. It would be really interesting to get hold of ECU reading/flashing software and see what is there (some equivalent of EcuFlash would be brilliant).
  13. @Benja sent you a PM espressing interest in this, thank you!
  14. What's the basis for this statement? Just curious.
  15. Do you guys drive it on the streets all the way up to 7k? What's the point of it, if you don't mind me asking?
  16. That's 100% correct. Normally under active use the inside ones are wearing out faster, as they are ventilated less.
  17. New Sport 350 without carbon and spend money on driving it. Seat runners are fixed, gear change mechanism is gorgeous, new car is a new car.
  18. I've done IVA on my LHD Evo9. It was not really excessively challenging or expensive.
  19. This is WOW. I thought noone can beat my Christmas tree delivery in an open boot of the red Evo9 last weekend, but this definitely tops it!
  20. Perhaps your efforts resulted in an action to change this, highly likely to be the case looking at the timing. Thank you!
  21. Attached is my best attempt at taking the picture of the runners in my car - look like the new ones on the photo before.
  22. My bad, naturally 2017. I'll take the best picture I can and post here.
  23. I wonder if that is the case with mine then. Built in August 2018 with completion on 31/08, 3k miles so far and no noticeable issues with the seat (fiercly knocking on the wood).
