Got home 2h ago, what a fantastic event! Big thanks to Bibs and all the people involved to make this possible 👍 This day was crazy, so many different things, the cars, the people, the factory, driving on "THE" Lotus track etc. (so I wasn't the only one who spotted the "next year" text 😄)

Didn't know continental was available so early, so my dad and I are ok to switch if there are others that want cooked. Thanks for taking the time to arrange this.

Actually there were 3 cars that day, but I think the Ardent Red one didn't drive on track. I have seen another one in the wild! A German one in white. So far I have seen 6 of the 15 cars delivered in UK & EU. If the rumors are true that Japan got the 15 other ones.

I try to book max 4 weeks in advance, prices go up and down depending how popular a certain day is. 28 september would be one of those days, weekend begins etc. Maybe my question was a bit too direct, English is not my first language. I didn't mean to be rude.

Do these details include hotel info (Dunston) or should I book/reserve some other hotel? Need to book the Eurotunnel etc before prices increase by 50%.

It all started when I played this game on the Mega Drive in 1992, I was only 7 years at that time. Then a few years later in the 90's, my dad bought me the early Gran Turismo games. I blame Kazunori Yamauchi for my sportscar addiction 😁 Gran Turismo 2 had a huge selection of Lotus cars, including my favourite Motorsport Elise! The rest is history 🙂 !
