They seem to have the knack of making the simplest things frustrating; take the way you order any merchandise from their corporate web presence; you go to a category eg mens and the price appears in dollars ! You then have to choose a Lotus dealer to process the order and get a quote for delivery costs; a silly example but nothing joined up.

I thought that as you can collect from Hethel they would have some sort of showroom/handover area, as you say Stratton no longer in the new car game..

Sorry to bombard the forum with q's about interior. Front (nearest seat) of carpet lifts upon entry/exit of vehicle. How do you deal with this ? velcro, better carpets / fixings TIA

can anyone please confirm whether or not the headpads within the seats are just in place with velcro? TIA
