Temporary 6 month exemption from MOT's

Just got this from the AA

Quite interesting as the MOT runs out on the Esprit at the end of April.

I wonder when you do MOT though it will start from then or the original date it ran out  ?

As I read it, its no different from a normal MOT test, in as much as it will run from the date on it was tested. I wouldn’t imagine it will be backdated.
