Don't know anything about this, but it came up on FB the other day.  No entry fee? 

Seem to be a restoration company based in the centre of Marsh Barton Exeter, nearly opposite the Tracks Suzuki dealer.

The green Anglia is my neighbour's. He owns the actual Harry Potter car used in the films!

Doubt if there will be many Lotus vehicles there, don't think there is a qualifying year?

Spent a couple of hours there today, at least it was mainly old'ish British classic cars. Loads of Ford Anglia's. So was a better event than the other local do at/near Greendale Farm, if you want to avoid VW/Audi/BMW's with wide wheels, lowered suspension etc.

Had a interesting chat to the guy who had this Austin (immaculate), he has restored a few cars including 3 wheelers, and even showed me the pic of a car he sold to Donald Trump (yes that one.!), and it's in the Dezer exhibition in Florida.

The nearest thing to a Lotus was this Jenson Healey.
