I have the Komotec EV475 fitted 2 years ago. 

It makes big difference to the driving experience, it feels very oem but with the power that the car should have always had, i9t drives the same when taking it easy but has a notable extra grunt low down and border line scary at higher revs. Though quite expensive to fit I would buy it again if I changed car to an Emira say. Only fit once out of the 3 year warranty as it may have caused issues if I'd had problems. I had Hanger 111 fit mine. It feels like nearer 500 BHP though I've never tested it.

thank you for your feedback, did you install sensors to control oil temp and pressure ?

Wasn't necessary its like a plug and play, I've driven about 15k miles with it and had no issues

its slightly louder above 5k rpm and the induction noise is different but only if you really listen for it, I'd say it sounds almost the same overall.

 

I spoke to another owner who had upgraded before i bought mine and had the same results I had.

No, just had mot done this week and nothing would affect this anyway and the sports cat and carbon air intake are uk emissions approved. The only downside is it may affect warranty if you have one and its quite a lot of money but cheaper than buying a mclaren or something to find the next step.

It will change the sound as you replacing the headers and the two pre-cats, with new, more open headers and a single sports cat. It won't be ASBO silly though.

Correct, it doesn't make it much louder, maybe a little as you would expect with a free-er flowing exhaust system.  Most of the noise control, or lack of, is done at the silencer.
