Can anyone point me to boot struts that work

Having problems with what is said to do the job but doesn't

Final insult car parts in motion have refused return of the struts they recommended which did not work when fitted

So how was I to know they didn't work without fitting!!!

If in UK they have no choice under sales of good act the parts they supply need to be fit for purpose. If they recommended then they have an issue.

I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.

The small print.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

Thanks for that but they are refusing the return now saying they did not recommend them and as plastic bag is broken then they can't resell them

A company to avoid!

That's utter nonsense to be honest as the item must be "fit for the purpose" it was sold for. So as long as you told them to car make and model you have a case to reject as they "knew" the purpose and sold the item as being "fit for purpose".

No idea what the value is, but sounds like they are just a shitty company.
