Looks like 150 would be reasonable upper limit then, although if the oil was ever at that temperature the integrity of the oil line would probably be the least of my wories. It is also out of the the way of the manifold so radiant heat has to be small.

A healthy working temperature for the oil is around 80 deg. Celsius. I would double that for the hose specification so IMHO you are fine with the 150 deg. Celsius specification.
