Any feel for their response rate, Bibs? Are they happy to answer owner inquiries, or is it "hit or miss" 'cause they're up to their heinies in alligators and can only answer the lucky few? Hopefully it's a step above computer "tech support" lines in Bangladesh. Thanks for the info.

Lotus technical are pretty good in comparison to others (thats not a guarantee that someone isn't on holiday etc though).

Dealt with them a few time, and they've been absolutely superb.

Any info not to hand, and I received a call back with the info shortly after.

There are 3/4 people employed full time by ASO at Lotus who deal with enquiries and technical assistance on 'out of production' cars. To be fair, they are excellent. Their office is encased in yellow and black binders, the service and parts manuals and to be fair they hardly ever touch them as they generally know the answer without needing reference. Dave Massey is especially knowledgeable.
