bibs, are u keeping a list of "eaters" or dos the final number not matter. As from observations the list is now at 40 something, remembering you said accomodating up to 50.

There is a list on here and we can accommodate everyone on it. There are also people not on the list coming, 11 people from Lotus for example. The Loxley Suite will fit 60, I've taken the extras into account so in answer to your question I've got a list and everything is under control!

Bibs - we are well behind the power curve here but if you can accommodate 2 adults and one (not really eating) 18 month old we'd love to join the group. If not, slap my hand for waiting until the last minute and we'll just drink with the group after dinner!
