Anyone interested in a full day back here, space for 3 people on the 10th August.

£95 for the day, you'll get 4/5 flights and be on the stick pretty much all of the time by the end of the day :D

They must have been coming with the bill

Yep.. I'd be very interested now..... You only live once, and after seeing that Glider Crash on the playground the other day... Why not... I might bring Josh this time Andy....

I'll know 100% in about a weeks time...

Finally took the time to view you lot's previous day at the field. Most excellent! Green with envy, of course. Bibs' flight with the loop, chandelle, and "tower flyby" was a hoot. Yes, it did cut down on the total time aloft, but I liked his comment to the instructor, "Quality over quantity." Amen.

Enjoy "round two," you lucky dogs. My vicarious thoughts accompany you all.

Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose.

Awesome days flying, some good thermals which meant we had a good flight of around an hour from the Aero tow.

In fact we were getting so much lift and we were late for lunch the instructor decided to do a bit of aerobatics too... A few loops and a humpty bump..... Pulling about 3.5G out of that one :D

I made a landing on my third time up without the instructor touching any of the controls apart from the brakes.

Good going I would think. Was tempted to come over at some point but time marched on and glad I didn't when I heard the traffic report last night.

Trevor.

I'll get around to it at some point.
