Charcoal Canister Connections?

Can someone tell me where hose 25 in the picture should go? I think it is just for fresh air in but am not sure if it should just be left hanging or what. It is described as "Air Hose, canister air feed"

25 is the fresh air inlet hose for the charcoal canister, not sure where it is routed to.

look on the sticker under your hatch!

 

The large diameter hose just goes straight up and then into the RH firewall near the ECU and air intake, and is just open there.  

 

Large red hose here above the coolant tanks.
