                 I've spoken with Leon , Anita is actually back in on Monday morning and will be sorting out the Lotus payments as her first job. For the US guys the pound is at a 31 year low so now is a good time to make the payment. Also Alunox are in production with this Group Buy , I will try and get over this week end to have a look.

Timing is everything!!!  Bank Transfers are a total PIA and are a bit costly, but they do work...

 

I just went to IOM a few weeks ago and bought a MV to ride while there. Bank transfer was tricky but any bank can do it. It's not something in the USA that we are used to doing and some banks won't do it. I hope they just that a Visa card and be done with it!!!

Mark- I didn't know if you received my other message, I would like Manifold / System – Stevens Car/ Full system 3" with 1 exhaust outlet on muffler. I would like to include a 1" high Oxygen Sensor Bung on the Down-pipe and a 3" V-Band Connector on the Turbo end. (Not the standard flange). I also sent this request to Leon and Anita. I've included pictures of my updated turbo.

Please let Leon know that the new Stevens collector design is very impressive.  

I am glad that Alunox machined double support points.  I was actually planning to TIG the second attachment point myself.  My approach was to use  Alunox  heat shield attachment on one side  and then run adjustable strut down to the bracket attached to trans bell housing bolts. The bell housing bracket I was planning to make would be triangular in shape and would bolt to the two nearest UN-1 bell housing bolts.

Hopefully Alunox attachment bracket design matches mine and save me some additional tinkering.

                              Yes Alunox do both a single and twin exist rear system in 3' ,I will get a price update but can see yours would be a one off due to the different flange, would you be able to supply exact dimensions so I can get Leon to look at it.

Hi Mark- The Turbo is T-3 Flanged on Manifold side (same as factory), Standard 3" Diameter V-band A/R 48 on outlet.

That exit flange is centered on the turbine. The exit flange on the stock Stevens turbo is NOT centered on the turbine. So the exhaust will be off.

She said they will be contacting us individually shortly in order to answer our questions and queries in relation to special requests etc.  They will then be issuing invoices with payment details accordingly

I did but with the time difference they are closed now, and I don't want to be a PITA with too many emails. Right now I'd just like to find out if I'm in on the group buy so if I'm not I can start looking for a replacement part for my car.
