Dip stick level....

This is going to seem daft and I am tired but is this dip stick correct? I am used the entire end being covers in oil to the appropriate mark but the Evora ones looks a bit ... Well not covered. I made severa attempts and the oil seems to get to the correct indicator but the oil on the metal looks a bit sparse???

Yes that's fine. I've just changed the oil on mine and it stuck to the stick just like that. I gave the stick a clean with cellulose thinners and the oil did coat the dip stick better. I wondered about using 800 grit paper on the dip stick to see if the oil would adhere better but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe someone else has an idea to improve it.

Smashing, thanks. Definitely needs to adhere to the stick better but at least I know it's normal ?
