We know that the 360 CUP was built in a limited series of 50 ex., ...

... at this point I sprang a question that maybe you can answer:

- How many V6 CUP were built in total ?

- How many ... what year ? ( 2012 ? ... 2013 ? ... and other ? )

PS: the V6 CUP have a black plate inside with a numbering / production ... this can help?

Mine is #189, with @Stubox's car being the next built, and I do believe the build plaque helpfully is #190 in his (I'm sure he can confirm). At the time ours was in-build, I was informed by Motorsport that one final V6 Cup was on order, a white car built to replace the one that rolled on track (see YouTube).

It is important to note that the plaque numbers include the V6 CupR race cars as well.

hmm oddly mine is no 139. left factory in 12/15 and there was one more lhd there for them to finish.

www.lotusregister.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on 14 July 2016 12:20. The current time is 10 November 2016 11:29. Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

Haha I was just assumed they either gave you a special number because of the colour or they had a special Norfolk counting system!

My build number is 29 yet it wasn't registered until Sept 2014. Do you reckon it was a dealers car that must have sat in the showroom a while?

Must admit I was quite suprised when you posted that number. That makes much more sense!! I reckon with the 360 cups there haven't been more than a couple of hundred made and that includes the R model.

Simon, have you looked at the V.I.N. ?

The tenth issue ( out of 17 ) is the one that indicates the - Model Year -

Confirms 2014?

Can't see it directly ahead of my car on the line but they can't have been far apart!

@farook owns it now I believe and he had a Pewter Grey one before that, so he could account for two.

Farook still owns both cars. Think my orange car was 89 but Farook will be along to correct me if I'm wrong. I miss it a bit now.
