Britballrun 2006 clips...

If you remember last August, Adrian Heath in the orange GT3 & myself in the New York taxi S4 completed 1,000 miles in the Britballrun... Adrain won it & we came 4th. (all down to his length of rock by the way)

The DVD is about to be released but heres a sample to wet your appetite, it really was a wicked weekend & we both highly recommend it:

nice cornering!! Is there going to be more footage of the Esprit in the final DVD?

There should be lots more footage, not sure they will show the bit of us demonstrating how noisy the Taxi sign was, at 80 it was loud, at 100 Defining, at 140... you wouldnt believe the wind noise.

As for this year, we are undecided, weve done the last 2 but this year we are getting married (i actually proposed on the event) so thats sapping our dosh, also the Esprit has just cracked her exhaust manifold, its due a cam belt change, i may just get the clutch done at the same time... if im honest i dont think we can afford Britball this year!

Its such a laugh, if we can do it we definately will.

Mark- we actually forgot we did that, my Nan will probably see that at some point!

Jonny- the start & finish are closely guarded secrets, the first year it started just outside Birmingham, last year in Stirling, just north of Edinburgh, we had to do about 400 miles just to the start line!

Its as fun as it looks, everyone has a chilled attitute, no silly buggers on the roads, no accidents & no one got pulled... except that bit of Mary in the clip
