Diffuser brackets

Recommended Posts

Hi people,

just wanting to gauge interest - I currently make and sell replacement mudguard brackets for the Evora. Recently I was sent a very rusty rear diffuser bracket from an exige (see pic) and I'm working on a marine grade stainless steel version which should last the lifetime of the car. We're folding up a prototype today -i'll post a pic later.

Part number is B122B0133F/B122B0132F -think these fit the Elise and Exige series 2 (perhaps someone could confirm?)

Apologies Miguel, added to the Elise on 2005 manufactured cars onwards.

The brackets for the driving lights in the front grill might be another good option for stainless.

@Miguel great work - I'd put a set of your mudguard brackets on my old Evora, and will be getting a pair soon for my newer Evora the 410Sport - they factory ones are only going to rust so I might as well replace them before the the  bolts seize in them etc...

Keep up the good work and might be worth advertising in the classifieds too for these new brackets.

Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

Hi Guys, unfortunately there was never really any interest generated on this. I think i only made about two pairs as samples. I still have the drawings to fabricate some but the cost and time to make them could be a deal breaker. Obviously volume will bring the cost down considerably, but a small batch could see these at around the £100 mark.

@Miguel Maybe try another group buy effort again?
